There's on...Gahhh Home Goods is my happy place. There's one about 2 minutes away from my apartment, and a target right across the street. Now that I moved last month I'm more in the suburbs, though Atlanta is sort of more suburbany than other cities anyway so even when I was living downtown these places were just up the street.
